Source policy

A usable observation needs a definition, source reference, collection time, verification status and validity window. Source quality, permission and comparability are checked before precedence.

Traffic uses official websites or official interfaces first. If an official traffic value is absent or unavailable, we may retain a dated PokerScout screenshot as a manually reviewed reference. We do not crawl PokerScout or use it for automatic backfill, and we do not merge occupied seats with online-account counts. Rake, offers and room capabilities use official sources.

Conflicting, stale or incomplete evidence is flagged or withheld. Source failures do not become zero traffic. Sources are collected separately from page requests.
